The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Willow Biosciences Inc. has rolled back its common shares on a one-new-for-five-old basis and changed its name to Atlas Energy Corp., effective at the open on June 23, 2025. According to the TSX, the new trading symbol is ATLE and the new Cusip number is 048924 10 4.

The TSX notes that no fractional shares will be issued as a result of the share consolidation. Any fractional postconsolidated shares to which a holder would otherwise be entitled shall be rounded to the nearest whole number of common shares (with a fractional entitlement of 0.5 or higher being rounded up, and with a fractional entitlement of less than 0.5 being rounded down). Shareholders should return the letter of transmittal together with Willow share certificates or DRS statements to Odyssey Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto.
