The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Exro Technologies Inc. will list additional shares at the open on Sept. 1, 2022. As stated in its prospectus supplement dated Aug. 25, 2022, the company is issuing up to 8.4 million units at $1.05 per unit in an offering, with each unit consisting of one share and one warrant.

According to the TSX, the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. Each warrant will be exercisable at $1.36 per share for 48 months after the closing date of the offering, subject to acceleration as further described in the prospectus supplement. The warrants will not be listed and posted for trading on the TSX.
