The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Avant Brands Inc. has rolled back its common shares on a one-new-for-30-old basis, effective at the open on Aug. 30, 2024. According to the TSX, the shares will continue trading under the symbol AVNT. The new Cusip number is 05353D 20 2.

The TSX notes that no fractional shares will be issued. Fractional shares will be rounded up to the next higher whole number if the fraction is 0.5 or greater, and rounded down to the next lower whole number if the fraction is less than 0.5. To receive the postconsolidated shares, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Toronto.
