BLACKROCK CANADA ANNOUNCES ESTIMATED DECEMBER CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES ETFS

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd. has estimated December cash distributions for the iShares exchange-traded funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange or Cboe Canada. Unitholders of record of a fund on Dec. 29, 2023, will receive a cash distribution payable in respect of that fund on Jan. 4, 2024.

BlackRock Canada expects to issue a press release on or about Dec. 27, 2023, which will provide the final amounts for all funds except iShares Premium Money Market ETF, for which a press release will be issued on or about Dec. 28, 2023. Each estimated cash distribution per unit is subject to change. For example, the estimated cash distribution per unit is expected to increase if the net units outstanding of a fund decreases between Dec. 16, 2023, and Dec. 27, 2023, or may change due to other factors.
