EON LITHIUM ANNOUNCES ANNUAL FILINGS STATUS
Eon Lithium Corp. has been issued a cease trade order (CTO) by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) on May 6, 2025, for missing the filing deadline of April 30, 2025, for the following periodic disclosure documents:
-
The audited annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024;
-
The management discussion and analysis relating to the audited annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024;
-
The certification of the foregoing filings as required by National Instrument 52-109, Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings.
The company further announces that it has now filed its annual filings on SEDAR+. The company wishes to clarify that the annual filings were filed after the due date as the company was waiting on certain information from South America to complete its audit. With the filing of the annual filings, the company expects that the BCSC to issue a revocation order to CTO within one to two business days (in Canada), as is the customary practice.
We seek Safe Harbor.
