The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Resverlogix Corp. will list up to five million shares at the open on June 7, 2019. As stated in its prospectus dated June 3, 2019, the company will issue up to five million units at $4 per unit in a public offering, with each unit consisting of one share and one warrant.

According to the TSX, the units will separate immediately upon the closing of the offering. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at $4.60 per share before 5 p.m. Mountain Time on the date that is four years following the closing date of the offering.

The TSX has issued a separate bulletin regarding the listing of the warrants.
