Derek Lew's first capital pool shell, Caprice Business Development Canada Inc. (CAPB: halted), has provided an update on its qualifying transaction, which is the acquisition of 1182533 B.C. Ltd., an aspiring mobile-game developer. The update includes information on the mysterious numbered company, QT financing details and the names of significant shareholders for the resulting issuer.
1182533 B.C. is acquiring LDRLY (Technologies) Inc., a mobile-game developer in Nanaimo, B.C. LDRLY is billing itself as a cannabis game developer. Its main series of mobile games, Bud Farm, is a marijuana farming simulation. Players grow marijuana, sell more than 15 strains of it, manufacture marijuana cookies and brownies, and sell those too. Bud Farm games are free to download and play, but like most games, they offer items for purchase. A player can spend between 99 cents and $99.99 to buy in-game credits, which he can use, for instance, to pay wages to his farm employees or build a bakery for his marijuana edibles.
