The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Sphere FTSE Emerging Markets Sustainable Yield Index ETF will be delisted at the close on June 24, 2020. According to the TSX, the exchange-traded fund (ETF) will be terminated and all outstanding units of the ETF will be redeemed on the termination date of June 26, 2020.

The TSX reports that as soon as practicable following the termination date, the net assets of the ETF will be distributed after paying or making adequate provision for such ETF's liabilities, pro rata among the unitholders of record of the ETF on the termination date. The payment of the termination proceeds will be made on or about June 30, 2020, through CDS Clearing and Depository Securities Inc.
