The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a property purchase agreement dated May 11, 2020, between the company and Tudor Gold Corp., whereby the company has agreed to sell its 40-per-cent interest in the Electrum project and the Slippery Willow claims, located in Stewart, B.C. In consideration, the company will receive $250,000 and 1.4 million Tudor Gold shares.
