TC PipeLines, LP announces fourth quarter 2019 cash distribution

The board of directors of TC PipeLines GP Inc., TC PipeLines LP's general partner, has declared the partnership's fourth quarter 2019 cash distribution of 65 cents per common unit. The distribution is unchanged from the distributions declared for the previous three quarters of 2019.

This cash distribution is the 83rd consecutive quarterly distribution paid by the partnership and is payable on Feb. 14, 2020, to unitholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 31, 2020.
