INVESCO ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR CANADIAN-LISTED POWERSHARES ETFS

Invesco Ltd. has declared the May, 2018, distributions for its PowerShares exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Unitholders of record on May 30, 2018, will receive cash distributions payable on June 7, 2018. Details of the per-unit distribution amounts are as shown in the attached table.
