INVESQUE ANNOUNCES AUGUST 2018 DIVIDEND

Invesque Inc. has declared a cash dividend in the amount of 6.139 U.S. cents per common share for the period from Aug. 1, 2018, to Aug. 31, 2018. The dividend will be payable on Sept. 15, 2018, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 31, 2018.
