The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a purchase and sale agreement dated July 31, 2018, between Brixton Metals Corp. and Brian Scott, Mardell Martindale and Colin Brown, whereby the company is purchasing a 100-per-cent interest in four mineral claims located in the Atlin mining district in British Columbia. The consideration for the purchase is 250,000 common shares issuable to the sellers.
