Vancouver's Brent Pierce, the subject of much stock market litigation and more than one regulatory action, is facing a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of British Columbia seeking possession of his vehicle, a 2014 Porsche Panamera. According to the suit, Mr. Pierce has fallen behind on his payments for the vehicle many times. The lender is seeking a court order for the seizure of the Porsche.

The allegations are contained in a notice of claim and application filed at the Vancouver courthouse on July 8, 2019. The suit was filed by Porsche Financial Services Canada. The sole defendant is Mr. Pierce, who is listed as having an address in Whistler.
