LEON'S FURNITURE LIMITED ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Leon's Furniture Ltd. shareholders have elected all of the nominee directors listed in the management information circular dated Feb. 27, 2019. The vote was conducted at the company's annual and special meeting of common shareholders, which took place on April 17, 2019, in Toronto. The results of the vote are set out in the attached table.
