EASTPLATS ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

All of the nominees proposed as directors and listed in the management information circular dated Aug. 22, 2017, were elected as directors of Eastern Platinum at the company's annual general meeting of shareholders held on Sept. 21, 2017. At the meeting, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was also appointed as auditor of Eastern Platinum.
