Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Sept. 16, 2016, the exchange has accepted an amendment to the convertible debenture offering as follows.

Convertible debenture:  $500,000

Conversion price:  convertible into units, each consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant

Maturity date:  March 31, 2024

Warrants:  Each warrant will be exercisable for one common share at a price of five cents per share for the first year of the term of the debentures and 10 cents per share thereafter until the maturity date.

Interest rate:  8 per cent

The remainder of the bulletin remains unchanged.
