Freddie Mac Prices $436 Million Multifamily Securities Offering

MCLEAN, Va., Oct. 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates that are backed by multifamily loans sold to a third party and securitized by Freddie Mac. The company expects to issue approximately $436 million in K-I03 Certificates, which are expected to settle on or about October 31, 2018.

The K-I03 Certificates include one senior principal and interest class. The K-I03 Certificates are backed by corresponding classes issued by the FREMF 2018-KI03 Mortgage Trust (K-I03 Trust).
